Stress can be one of those things that can be positive or it can be negative. Now I am sure all of you have had at some point probably gone to family reunion and those things are not always the most pleasantly stressful things, but things such as weddings or buffets can be positive stressful impacts people will have in their lives, so don't just think of stress as always being something that is bad. It can actually be something that can help be motivator and help get you to you know perform well or whatever it might be, so does not always have to be something bad.
