How do you develop and implement behavior plans for
children?
I work a lot with children too, I work a lot with the
families for implementing the behavior strategy, then I
work probably more with the parents in building the
structure for the home setting, because I have got to
have help in the home setting to be able to carry out
what we are doing in therapy and so if I tell, you know
a 7-year-old, you know what we are going to do, we are
going to have a chore chart and here is what you are
going to do, you are going to home and you are going to
do your chores 1 through 5 tonight okay, you know that's
not going to happen, and so I got to have parents to
help me out with that to make sure that you know as we
develop this plan for this child, then they are going to
follow through and you know be the _______ home.
