Can a child feed off of a parent's stress?

Kids are going to feel whether they say it or not, they are going to feel their parents stressed. I mean, as parents, you feel when your kids are stressed, I mean you feel that, you know that and so they are going to feed off of how you are responding to them and so if we can get a game plan set and reduce some parental anxiety and kind of go okay here is what we are going to do, you know let me help you with this and let me give you some suggestions, you know take these things home, try them out, see how it works, if it works it is great, if it does not, come back let me know, we will shape it and make things different, you know next time go around and we will keep figuring out what is going to work and in just reducing some of that stress and we are going to get you through this, it can really make a difference.
